Tủ ấm CO2 được sử dụng rộng rãi trong ngành khoa học nghiên cứu nuôi và cấy tế bào. Các lĩnh vực điển hình của ứng dụng này bao gồm kỹ thuật mô, thụ tinh trong ống nghiệm, thần kinh học, nghiên cứu ung thư và nghiên cứu tế bào động vật có vú khác.

TíNH NăNG

Nhiệt độ chính xác với VivocelTM, điều khiển CO2 và độ ẩm cao

  • Có độ đồng đều cao nhất so với những đối thủ cạnh tranh
  • Phục hồi CO2, nhiệt độ và độ ẩm nhanh mà không phải chạy quá công suất
  • Thiết kế làm nóng trực tiếp giúp phục hồi nhanh, với 8 nhóm gia nhiệt tác động vào 3 vùng
  • Áo khí giúp cách nhiệt tránh giao động nhiệt độ
  • Hệ thống đối lưu cưỡng bức VentiFlowTM phục hồi cấp độ sạch khí trong buồng tủ đạt ISO cấp độ 5 sau khi đóng cửa tủ  nhằm ngăn chặn sự lây nhiễm
  • Không khí được lọc lưu thông qua khay nước giúp đẩy nhanh quá trình tạo độ ẩm
  • Luồng khí lưu thông nhẹ nhàng quanh các đĩa nuôi cấy, không gây xáo trộn đến nuôi cấy tế bào
  • Quạt thổi tự động dừng khi cửa tủ được mở, nhằm giảm thiểu sự xáo trộn không khí trong buồng tủ với khí trong phòng

Hệ thống kiểm soát nhiễm khuẩn CelSafeTM đem đến sự bảo vệ liên tục

  • Hệ thống lọc ULPA SteriSafeTM cho phép không khí trong buồng duy trì ở điều kiện ISO cấp độ 5
  • Chu trình khử trụng gia nhiệt 90°C SwiftConTM vận hành cả đêm nhằm tiêu diệt bất kỳ sự nhiễm khuẩn nào trong trường hợp không may xảy ra. Ở cuối chu trình, buồng tủ hoàn toàn khô ráo và sẵn sàng để đưa vào sử dụng.
  • Tất cả các đường ống cấp khí đều được lọc bằng các màng lọc trước khi khí đi vào trong buồng tủ nhằm loại bỏ các tạp chất và ô nhiễm
  • Thân tủ được làm bằng thép mạ sơn tĩnh điện với lớp phủ chống bám khuẩn ISOCIDE độc quyền
  • Bên trong buồng tủ được làm bằng thép không gỉ loại 304

  • Cảnh báo toàn diện với người sử dụng với tất cả các tham số
  • Hệ thổng cảnh báo CelAlertTM nhắc nhở người dùng thay bình khí và màng lọc ULPA
  • Dữ liệu thông minh và lưu lại các sự kiện với tất cả các tham số vận hành trên màn hình gọi lại
  • Tích hợp bộ nhớ 16 MB đảm bảo việc lưu trữ dữ liệu lâu dài
  • Giao diện chẩn đoán online trợ giúp nhanh đem đến giải pháp toàn diện để khắc phục sự cố

Dễ dàng làm sạch

  • Buồn tủ làm bằng thép không gỉ với các góc được làm bo tròn
  • Đường ống và các khay để mẫu tháo lắp dễ dàng mà không cần dụng cụ nào cả
  • Cửa kính tháo ra được không cần dùng dụng cụ
  • Đệm cửa cũng có thể tháo bằng tay, không cần dụng cụ

Dễ dàng sửa chữa bảo trì

  • Chức năng chẩn đoán trong vi xử lý bao gồm đọc lịch sử dữ liệu các tham số
  • Các thành phần sửa chữa tháo ra dễ dàng từ trên đỉnh và phía trước tủ
